Terms And Conditions
We may be required to substitute flowers with something similar, and of equal or higher value than those pictured. This is due to availability and growing seasons of certain flowers.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, where possible, please ensure that flowers can be cared for upon delivery. If the recipient is not present at the delivery address, flowers will be left in an appropriate location, with a neighbour or returned to the shop for collection when suitable. There may be a charge for redelivery.
We aim to supply products of the highest quality, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours so we can fully investigate and rectify the situation.
We reserve the right to retain payment if an order is cancelled within 48 hours of the agreed delivery/collection time.
